COMMUNITY MEMBER GRIEVANCE PLAN
It is CASA of Hidalgo, Inc.’s policy to be professional and responsive at all times, however, issues can arise. If you are unable to resolve the situation with the community member, the next step is to call and speak with the Executive Director at CASA of Hidalgo County, Inc. at (956) 381-0346. If informal attempts fail to resolve the issue, a formal grievance can be filed.
If the grievance concerns the community member, please send a letter, along with supporting documents to:
