24th Annual Hidalgo County Child Abuse Prevention Candlelight Vigil
April is child abuse awareness month and we are excited to announce, our 24th annual Candlelight Vigil event this year. This event is held to bring awareness to our community of the issue of child abuse and neglect. This is a touching event and is open to the community.
