Advocate Swear In
It seems the whole world is having to get creative about the way in which they do business. CASA of Hidalgo County is no exception. A “virtual” swear in ceremony was held to get new volunteers into the program. The swear in ceremony would typical happen in person under more normal circumstances. Seven volunteers completed their training at the end of March and were sworn in to their new roles by Judge Carlos Villalon Jr. on April 7, 2020.
